My advanced clinical training includes Somatic Psychotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. This training provides a trauma-informed, relational, and experiential approach to clinical supervision.
I offer individual and group supervision grounded in collaboration, curiosity and reflective practice. My approach balances attending to the immediate needs of your clinical work with fostering your ongoing professional growth, confidence, and self-awareness.
Together, we explore clinical interventions, therapeutic presence, experiential practices, the clinician-client relationship, and professional practice.
In each session we will check-in, clarify what your focus is today, explore those areas, and consider the learning for both your work and for you as a clinician. My goal is to create a space where you can grow and deepen your practice – while caring for both your client and yourself.
I draw from Hawkins and Shohet’s 7-Eyed Model of Supervision (1985) to assist our work together. At times we may look towards the following as sources of information and exploration:
I can provide clinical consultation, clinical supervision, and supervision of supervision. Depending on your needs, you may bring recordings of your clinical work to support your exploration and learnings. Recordings are often considered necessary if you want to apply for registrations (e.g., RCC, ACS, etc.).
Consider getting 1 to 5 colleagues together to hire me for group supervision.
