This workshop is three 3 hour sessions design for cancer patients (6 months post-diagnosis) & their caregivers.

During these sessions we will:

• learn practices to work with your body, emotions and thinking
• learn tips on how to deal with unhelpful behaviours from others
• learn how to adjust and integrate this major life experience
• develop your own coping plan
• gain perspective and determine where you wish to go from here
